Nina cooked a delicious diner for our family vacation. The crab cakes were delicious. The steaks were tender and cooked perfectly to everyone's preference and the banana pudding was my favorite. We loved our meal from Bleu Spoons! From the very beginning, Nina provided excellent service. She devised 3 professional menu options for me to choose from, then adjusted as requested for individuals with dietary needs. She was communicative and flexible. The team arrived right on time and were super pleasant to have in the house. They cooked us a traditional southern meal and it was delicious! I would highly recommend them!
